DV – Safety box standard
The Delta Visione Standard Safety box is a Class 1 protection system specifically designed to integrate a Datalogic marking laser inside.
The structure, compact and ergonomic, is made of aluminum profiles and is available with counterbalanced manual door or automatic door to meet high productivity needs.
The door opening on three sides allows easy access to the work area. In addition, the door is equipped with a certified 200x200mm protection window that allows the operator to monitor the marking in progress.
The worktop is made of anodized aluminum and is equipped with T-slots for fixing part holders, making the Safety Box a versatile and customizable solution.
The laser is installed on an automatic “Z” axis, controlled directly by the marking software. Inside the station it is possible to insert a rotating axis that allows to perform markings on the circumference of parts.
The station is managed by the operator thanks to a console including an LCD monitor and keyboard with touchpad and optionally controlled automatically by external control systems.
Optionally, the version with automatic door can be arranged for robotic loading/unloading.
