DV – Safety box Rotary Table
The Delta Visione Rotary Table Safety box is a Class 1 protection system specifically designed to integrate a Datalogic marking laser inside and perform the marking in masked time.
The structure, compact and ergonomic, is made of aluminum profiles and houses a ø600mm two-position rotary table.
The marking station is equipped with a manual access door, a 200x200mm certified front protection window that allows the operator to monitor the marking in progress and an extractable shelf for housing a certified smoke filtration system.
The loading/unloading station is protected by a pair of safety photoelectric barriers.
The laser is installed on an automatic “Z” axis, controlled directly by the marking software.
The station is managed by the operator thanks to a console including an LCD monitor and keyboard with touchpad and optionally controlled automatically by external control systems.
Optionally it can be arranged for robotic loading/unloading.
