DV – Safety box Large Field
The Delta Visione Large Field Safety box is a Class 1 protection system specifically designed to integrate a Datalogic marking laser inside.
Thanks to the direct management of the controlled X-Y-Z axes by the Lighter SW, with this solution, it is possible to obtain a useful working field of 700x500x400 mm.
The structure is made of aluminum profiles and houses a counter plate for the housing of the parts.
The marking station is equipped with a large automatic access door on which there is a certified 400x300 mm protection window that allows the operator to monitor the marking in progress.
The system is also equipped with an extractable shelf for housing a certified smoke filtration system.
The station is managed by the operator thanks to a console including an LCD monitor and keyboard with touchpad and optionally controlled automatically by external control systems.
Optionally it can be arranged for robotic loading/unloading.
