DV – Safety box Heavy Duty
The Delta Visione Heavy duty Safety box is a Class 1 protection system specifically designed to integrate a Datalogic marking laser inside and allows to easily load and unload even very heavy parts, in this case with the aid of hoists or manipulators.
The structure is made of painted welded steel and houses a manually extractable trolley for the housing of the part.
The marking station is equipped with a manual or automatic access door on which there is a certified 200x200mm protection window that allows the operator to monitor the marking in progress.
The system is also equipped with an extractable shelf for housing a certified smoke filtration system.
The laser is installed on an automatic “Z” axis, controlled directly by the marking software.
The station is managed by the operator thanks to a console including an LCD monitor and keyboard with touchpad and optionally controlled automatically by external control systems.
