DV – Safety box Automatic Plate Feeder
The Delta Visione Automatic Plate Feeder Safety box is a Class 1 protection system specifically designed to integrate a Datalogic marking laser inside.
The structure, compact and ergonomic, is made of aluminum profiles and is equipped with a counterbalanced manual door equipped with a certified 200x200mm protection window that allows the operator to monitor the marking in progress.
The station houses an automatic plate loader with feeder. The laser is installed on an automatic “Z” axis, controlled directly by the marking software. The station is managed by the operator thanks to a console including an LCD monitor and keyboard with touchpad, and optionally controlled automatically by external control systems.
