Glass Plate Sorting Machine
The characteristic element of the DV-GPSM sorting machine is flexibility, conferred by the use of a glass disc for the transport of the parts, which allows to inspect various types of product, minimizing the setup procedures of the machine.
For components with unstable geometry, a milled disc suitable for transporting the parts with a horizontal axis is used.
The robust supporting structure, made of welded steel, houses a number of control stations configurable and expandable over time based on customer needs. configurabile ed espandibile nel tempo sulla base delle esigenze del cliente.
The DV-GPSM sorting machines allow to carry out optical dimensional and surface controls, verify the presence of heat treatment and possibly divide the compliant products into classes with high productivity.
Non-compliant pieces can also be classified according to the type of defect detected, with logic programmable by the customer.
The system allows to archive all statistical control data, divided by job order, and allows to create an unlimited number of selection programs in guided mode.
DV-GPSM Light
Delta Visione proposes a simplified version of the glass disc sorting machine with the possibility to configure up to a maximum of 3 control stations and only two unload channels (OK/KO).
The Light version allows to maintain productivity and flexibility similar to those of the DV-GPSM, but with smaller dimensions.
DV-GPSM Smart
The Smart version represents our entry-level solution characterized by extremely compact dimensions.
Equipped with 2 vision stations, lateral and upper, it is managed by the same control SW of the higher versions.

Box tipper, vibrating or motorized hoppers, vibratory feeders, 4/6 axis robots, motorized conveyor belts.
Rotary tables carrying boxes, accumulation tables, vertical bagging machines.
